Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $75. Orders under $75 pay a flat $5.95. The $75 is counted after any discount code.

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Delivery to the United States, EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand typically takes 10–20 business days after that; other countries can take longer.

Items ship from whichever facility holds your size and colour, so an order with several items can arrive in separate parcels on different days. Nothing is missing, and you are only charged once.

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and email. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating after dispatch.

Outside the United States, import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return passing inspection.

Return postage is paid by the customer, except when an item arrived damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item — then we cover it.

The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of being placed. After that a 30% cancellation fee applies, and once an order has shipped it can’t be cancelled.

Email info@cobrastrength.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full and cover the return shipping.

Each product has a size chart based on body measurements, and the Size Guide covers all styles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger one.
