Returns & Refunds

We want you training in kit you actually like. If something isn't right, here is exactly how it works — no small print games.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we can't accept items that have been worn for training.

How to start a return

Email info@cobrastrength.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — parcels sent without instructions can't be tracked to your order.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we cover it. We recommend a tracked service; we can't refund a parcel that never arrives.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is our error.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want, so you're not waiting on stock.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of being placed. After that your order has usually entered fulfilment and a 30% cancellation fee applies. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled — use the returns process above.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we'll cover the return shipping.
