Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as payment clears, and a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

United States, EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand: typically 10–20 business days after processing.

Everywhere else: usually longer — customs and local carriers vary. We'll always give you a realistic estimate if you ask.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 pay a flat $5.95, shown at checkout before you pay. The $75 is counted after any discount code.

How we ship

We work with manufacturing partners in several regions, so your items ship from whichever facility holds your size and colourway. Orders with more than one item can therefore arrive in separate parcels, on different days — nothing is missing, and you're not charged twice.

Tracking

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and email. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating after dispatch — that's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is stuck.

Customs and duties

Any import duties or taxes outside the United States are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, email info@cobrastrength.com within 6 hours and we'll fix it. After dispatch we can't reroute a parcel.
